In Like a Lamb....
With temperatures above zero, most of the Ottawa natives are walking around in t-shirts and running shoes wondering when they are going to wake up from this dreamland. Me, I'm still bundled in my winter jacket and shivering slightly less than normal... The snow is melting, and the bicycles are coming out of storage in droves. I think riding a bike is a great way to help the environment and get some exercise but as a driver, I hate cyclists almost as much as I hate bus drivers. They weave in and out of the cars with no respect for the vehicles around them, then when you honk your horn at them as you narrowly avoid hitting them, they give you the finger and yell cuss words at you!
March is going to be a fun month... Susan is due any day now... Dad's birthday... St. Patty's day... my first trip home to Thamesford in over two months... March Break for all the kiddies... and my 25th birthday! I actually met a friend on my ski fondue adventure who shares my birthday and we are having a big party on the 20th to celebrate.
A new month means some new museum exhibits which I plan to hit up and I'm hoping we get another cold spell so I can do a little more skiing and skating before the spring really comes for good.
